The Subscription provides a fee based on the number of email addresses on your lists. Subscription allows you to send unlimited email to all addresses uploaded to your account.

The Pay As You Go plan allows you to purchase packages for sending emails, meeting your needs with maximum flexibility. If, for example, you only need to send the newsletter at specific times of the year, this is the perfect plan for you.

1 credit is equivalent to one email sent to a contact.

Addresses refer to the recipients of your communications, i.e. the email addresses you’ve included in your lists. Infomail’s subscription plans are determined by the number of addresses loaded into your lists. If the same address appears in multiple lists, it will be counted as many times as there are duplicates.

No, you don’t need a credit card. Registering is easy, all you need to provide is your email address and your business name. You can then create your first email.

By creating an account, you agree to our terms and conditions and our privacy policy, and you sign the appointment as responsible for the processing of personal data. There is no obligation to purchase or select a paid plan.

Infomail accepts payments both by credit card and wire transfer. The latter option is only available for the payment of prepaid credits and annual subscriptions. The subscription starts on the day of payment and is renewed on the same day of the following period. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on April 18th, it will automatically renew on May 18th. Payment is made at the beginning of the period. The prepaid plan is billed at the time of purchase. All invoices are available directly on your account.

To purchase Infomail, simply register for the free trial. On your profile page, you can proceed with purchasing the solution that best suits your needs.

There are no activation or support fees on Infomail. You can choose to pay only for the sends you make or to purchase a subscription for unlimited monthly sends, depending on the contacts in your lists. Support is always included in the cost of the service, and there are no additional expenses for assistance.

The implementation of DKIM for new domains will cost €50 per domain.

We want to emphasize that this fee will apply only to new domains that choose to use the DKIM service and will not impact domains already configured with DKIM through our platform. Additionally, this expense is a one-time charge, with no further recurring costs, and represents an investment in the security and effectiveness of your email marketing campaigns.
